Videris reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by Videris, but paid for, will receive a full refund. 

Pricing

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) unless other currencies are selected and include GST (which is currently 15% sales tax - if the GST rate changes we reserve the right to immediately amend our prices accordingly). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Orders

By placing an order on this website you agree to and accept the terms and price specified in this website. This price may include additional delivery and other applicable charges. This offer may be accepted or rejected by Videris for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with Videris will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and Videris provides confirmation that your order has been accepted. Confirmation will be sent via email to your elected email address.

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel it. Please select carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Please refer to our returns page for our return policy. Please note that should you wish to return a garment purchased through our online store you must email us before the garment is sent back and must have contacted us for a returns authorisation number and completed the returns form. Please complete a separate form for each item you are returning.

We do not accept responsibility until goods are received into our warehouse

We have the right to deny a return, if the goods returned do not meet our return policy requirements.

Fraud Protection Program

As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or Customer Services may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

Loss or Damage in Transit

Videris will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Videris is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss. Videris is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.

Exclusion of Negligence

Videris is not liable to the buyer in contract or in tort arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to: 

1. the performance of the product;
2. any fact, matter or thing relating to the products; or
3. any error in information supplied to the buyer or a user at or after the date of the purchaser's or user's use of the product.

Garment Representation

We try our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, images and colour representation for all of our garments however please be aware that images may appear differently on different screens. Please feel free to contact us should you have further questions about the details of a particular garment. 

Product Descriptions

However, Videris does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Videris itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition, for refund of the purchase price. The cost to return courier these products to us will be at your expense.
