SHIPPING TIME

Videris offers shipping to most countries worldwide.

In stock items are usually dispatched within three working days of receipt of payment and we will email you if there are any delays.  All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand.

A shipment confirmation will be sent to you with your tracking number once the courier has picked up your order from our warehouse.

Orders to destinations within New Zealand will be sent by local courier on a 2 day service and are tracked.

Orders to destinations outside New Zealand will be sent by international couriers and are tracked. 

Delivery times are an approximate guide only. 

A physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.

New Zealand mainland $9.00, rural $15.00 NZD 
Items should arrive within 2-3 business days of receiving your tracking information.
Due to the high cost of local freight, charges for outer NZ Islands are as follows: Great Barrier and Chatham Islands $20

Australia $20 NZD, complimentary shipping on orders over $200
Items should arrive within 7-10 business days of receiving your tracking information

USA, Canada $30 NZD 
Items should arrive within 10-14 business days of receiving your tracking information**

UK $30 NZD
Items should arrive within 10-14 business days of receiving your tracking information**

Rest of World $35 NZD
Items should arrive within 10 -14 business days of receiving your tracking information** 

** Parcels over 750g will incur a large parcel surcharge of $5

 

PAYMENT METHODS

All prices are shown in NZ dollars unless a different currency is selected in the dropdown menu - top right of the page. All orders are shipped from New Zealand. Selecting a currency other than NZD will show the price in local currency converted at the Shopify Payments spot rate at the time of purchase.

International orders may be subject to local taxes or import duties, the purchaser is responsible for any customs clearance / duty payable.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop pay, Apple pay, After pay, Google pay and Paypal.

Online gift cards purchased through our website can only be accepted online. Gift Vouchers cannot be purchased using any discount code we may offer on products. Should you wish to purchase a denomination greater than what is available on the website please contact us.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If a package does not arrive, or it arrives damaged, please contact us within fourteen days from confirmation of dispatch. We will do everything we can to assist you.

We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

  • the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
  • the item is sent to a country where no postal or courier service exists.
  • the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
  • the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
  • the item was authorized to be sent without tracking.
