SIZE GUIDE
When choosing your size, prioritise the underband measurement. The underband needs to be firm fitting around the chest to give support. If it’s too loose the bra will lift off your chest at the centre and ride up at the back.
Considering our breasts fluctuate in size, the bust size isn’t as important as the underband. The stretch TENCEL™ will accommodate your natural changes.
If you find that your measurements fall into two size categories, prioritise the underband measurement and check where your traditional underwire size falls into in our size chart.

RETURNS
We make returns nice and easy so you can rest assured you will find the perfect fitting bra. Please note we are unable to accept returns of knickers, for hygiene reasons.
If you are based in New Zealand or Australia, returns are free – we will email you a courier label to return your item, and will send an exchange free of charge or provide a refund.
Other International customers will need to send the item/s back to us, but we will send out your exchange free of charge.

FAQs
Q: How do I care for my Belle Bra?
Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle/delicate cycle in cold water, inside a lingerie wash bag. Lay flat or hang to dry - do not tumble dry. Heat degrades both TENCEL™ and elastane and will shorten the life of the bra significantly. We also recommend rotating between two or three bras (especially if wearing day and night) - giving each one time to rest between wears helps the elastics recover their shape and extends the life of the bra considerably.
Q: Is this bra plastic free?
The main fabric in Videris bras is TENCEL™ - a plant-based fibre. Some components, like elastics and power mesh, do contain synthetic fibres to provide stretch, support and durability. We prioritise plant-based fibres in what sits directly against your breast tissue, reducing plastic where it matters most.
Q: What if the size I order doesn't fit?
We offer free NZ returns and exchanges and AU exchanges are sent free of charge. Follow our clear sizing guide on the product page, and if it's not perfect, we will help you get the right fit.
Q: How do I know this bra is safe to wear?
Videris bras are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning every component - from fabric to thread - has been independently tested and must meet strict limits for over 1,000 substances that may be harmful to human health. Lingerie falls under Class 2 of the standard, a category for products worn directly against the skin, with stricter requirements than items like outerwear. We also prioritise plant-based fibres against the skin and avoid chemical finishes.
Q: How is this different from other wire-free bras I've tried?
Most wire-free bras on the market are essentially soft bralettes - they remove the wire but don't replace it with anything. Videris bras are engineered differently. Support comes from internal power mesh, technical seaming, and considered pattern construction - not from a wire, and not from compressing or flattening your shape. The TENCEL™ fabric moves with the body rather than against it, so the structure works with your natural shape. The result is lift and support that feels comfortable all day, not just for the first hour.
Q: Is TENCEL™ good for sensitive skin?
Yes, and it's one of the main reasons we chose it. TENCEL™ fibres have a very smooth surface structure, which means less friction against the skin compared to most synthetic fabrics. They're also naturally moisture-wicking, which helps regulate temperature and reduce the kind of heat and dampness that can aggravate sensitive or reactive skin. Unlike many performance fabrics, TENCEL™ achieves this without chemical finishes or treatments.
Q: What about the elastane - is that safe?
Videris bras do contain a small amount of elastane in the fabric blend, and power mesh in the back wing construction. Elastane is a synthetic fibre used in very small amounts (typically around 5%) and is what gives the fabric its stretch, recovery, and shape retention over time. Elastane is widely considered safe for skin contact, and all Videris components - including elastane - are covered under our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification.
Q: Is TENCEL™ better for the environment than cotton?
In most meaningful ways, yes. TENCEL™ is made from wood pulp sourced from sustainably managed forests and uses a closed-loop system where water and solvents are captured, recycled, and reused - significantly reducing environmental impact. Conventional cotton is one of the most water and pesticide-intensive crops in the world. TENCEL™ uses a fraction of the water and doesn't rely on the same chemical inputs. No textile is completely impact-free, but TENCEL™ is one of the more considered choices available.

I designed the Belle while I was pregnant with my second child — knowing exactly what I couldn't find during my first pregnancy. When the first samples came off the production line, I wore them. Through early engorgement, through every feed. I made the final adjustments while I was breastfeeding my daughter, because there are details you can only notice at 3am, in the dark, with one hand. The fabric touching your breast is TENCEL™ - not polyester, not nylon.
At Videris, the fabric in direct contact with your breast tissue is 95% TENCEL™ Lyocell - made from sustainably sourced wood pulp in a closed-loop process that recovers and reuses water and solvents. Soft, breathable, and plant-based.
And during every feed, that fabric is also against your baby's face. We thought that mattered too.
We use a small amount of power mesh in the underband and back wing for support and longevity - without it, the bra loses its shape across many washes. That's the trade-off we made knowingly, and we'll always tell you. Every fabric, trim, and component in this bra - including the power mesh and elastics - carries OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification.
No bra can be completely plastic-free - elastane and power mesh are part of what makes a wire-free bra work.
Many bras achieve softness or breathability through chemical finishes applied to synthetic fabrics. TENCEL™ is inherently breathable - no chemical coating required.

This bra doesn't clock off. It's worn through the night, through every feed, through every physical change your body goes through in this season. Most bras are worn for 8 hours - this one might go three times that, doing a functional job the whole time. A bra with that much asked of it deserves to be looked after.

Wash on a gentle or delicate cycle - cold water, inside a lingerie wash bag.
Lay flat or hang to dry. Heat is the enemy of elastane and TENCEL™ - tumble drying will shorten the life of the bra.
This bra works hard. If you can, rotating between two or three helps the elastics recover between wears - and a bra that rests between washes will hold its shape and support for much longer.
